All No! Wahala Media products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. This means every item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed — we do not hold stock.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

We encourage you to check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will arrange a free reprint or refund. To request this, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide a clear photo showing the issue. You do not need to return the damaged item.
If the issue affects multiple items from the same order, please provide a photo or video showing all affected items together in one frame.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Timings depend on your bank or payment provider.
Print placement For digitally printed products, please note that there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement. Minor variations in print position are within the accepted production standard and will not be treated as defects.
Unsuccessful deliveries In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, we will work with you to arrange either a reprint or a partial refund.
For all returns and damaged item queries, please get in touch via the contact page on our website. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We aim to respond within 3 working days.
Magazines & Publications
Orders for No! Wahala magazines and publications are fulfilled directly by us and shipped from Manchester.
We do not accept returns for publications unless the item arrives damaged or in a condition different from described. If this happens, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and we will sort it out.

Orders & Products
Are your products made to order? Yes. Every item in the No! Wahala Media store is printed and produced once your order is placed. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your order is made specifically for you.
Can I order in bulk? Yes. There are no minimums, so you can order as few or as many as you like.
Will my design look exactly as shown? We do our best to represent colours and print quality accurately. For digitally printed products, there is a standard tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, so minor variations in positioning are normal and not considered defects. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Why does the White colour on the hoodie look off-white? This is a fabric property of the Gildan 18500 blend. The White variant may appear off-white rather than bright white. This is not a defect.
Sizing
How do I know which size to order? Each product listing includes a size guide. We recommend checking it carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes.
Do the products run true to size? It depends on the product. The tri-blend t-shirt has a regular fit. The oversized faded tee is intentionally boxy with dropped shoulders — if you prefer a closer fit, consider sizing down.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take? Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive? If your delivery is unsuccessful, get in touch with us within 30 days and we will arrange either a reprint or a partial refund.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order? Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do? Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or refund. You do not need to return the item.
How long do refunds take? Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Timings depend on your bank or payment provider.

Where are the products sourced from? Our products are sourced from trusted manufacturers across India, China, Bangladesh, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, and the US, depending on the product. Full sourcing details are listed on each product page.
Are the tote bags genuinely organic? Yes. Both tote bags are made from 100% certified organic cotton.
